Job description Company: Wishluck Position: Founder’s Office Intern Stipend: ₹15,000 per month Location: Noida Employment Type: InternshipAbout the Role We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Founder’s Office Intern to work closely with the founder and gain hands-on exposure to business strategy, operations, research, and cross-functional coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, take ownership, and understand how a growing D2C business operates.Roles & Responsibilities Assist the founder with day-to-day business activities, meetings, follow-ups, and task coordination. Conduct market, competitor, customer, and industry research to support business decisions. Coordinate with different teams such as Marketing, Sales, Operations, Marketplace, and HR to track ongoing projects. Prepare MIS reports, presentations, business updates, and data-based insights for the founder. Monitor assigned tasks and ensure timely follow-ups and execution across teams. Support the founder in new business initiatives, process improvement, and strategic projects. Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the founder with ownership and confidentiality. Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and research skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace. Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. Proactive attitude with a strong learning mindset and ownership. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. Who Can Apply? MBA/BBA/B.Com or any relevant graduate/postgraduate student. Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
